PAT Testing
PAT Test Info
Checking the safety of your electrical equipment is crucial to ensure they remain safe to use and operational. This is especially important in outdoor and/or dusty environments.
The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 require that any electrical equipment that has the potential to cause injury is maintained in a safe condition.
What is Included?
Full testing will be carried out on your electrical tools, equipment and accessories.
If tests are passed, these will then be certified safe to use. Any failures will be returned with details of why they failed so that required repairs can be made, if possible.
Thorough PAT Tests
These tests involve the examination of electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use.
Although many electrical safety defects can be found by visual examination, some can only be found by testing.
A more formal visual inspection and testing by a competent person may also be required at appropriate intervals, depending upon the type of equipment and the environment in which it is used.
Fast and Convenient
We offer a Saturday morning drop off for flexibility and can test 240v and 100v (16a and 32a), extension leads up to 30m.
